ask the seller if there are any numbers cast into the arm pivots. then check the ford body manual against those numbers.

They do NOT look like my 56 Customline sun visors. Mine have a triangle mount with 3 screws that go through the headliner above the windshield moldings. Those appear to mount on the windshield moldings.

    No sorry.

The mainline may have only had the drivers visor. Don't quote me but my 57 Ranch wagon did not have a pass. visor.

Finding nice ones may be difficult but it should not be hard to find ones like those on Ebay.

    Try this guy...bobs19551956@yahoo.com
    or.................larrywitthoeft@pitel.net

They both specialize in 55-56 Fords. I'd bet that they have some.

Those visors are for a 57-58 Ford. They won't fit a 56. The attachment points are part of the inside windshield trim.

Yeah, those ebay visors don't look right for a '56. I have a extra '56 parts car, might have an extra set of visor pivots. If you can't find any others PM me, I'll check the parts car this weekend & see what I have.

Wow, I had a nice set of black and white tuck 'n rolled visors with the Vicky chrome brackets that came out of a green 'n white P-Code Victoria in the mid-'70s. I think I sold at a swap meet for about 10 bucks because no one else wanted them. Wish I had them to sell to you. . .at least they would have been appreciated!!
Good luck on your search. . .

Lol its as big as my pile!! But I just need the visor the whole car is literally done I just need the visor.

  15. If you still need the windshield garnish, PM me. I have a set from a '55 Customline 4 door, same thing. I know '55 Mainline had only a driver side visor, I think that holds true for '56, but it's no trouble to add one on passenger side. They are same for all '55-'56 except convert, Crown Vic and '56 hardtops.

If you can find the cast # on the ones you need I think I have a nos set of chrome mounts. These were packaged as Lincoln but appear as to be Ford. Jack

had a 56 mainline the one where the side trim only went less than a foot into the front fender that only had one visor. But it did have a 312 3 speed overdrive.
