Here is my 1951 chevy. Plans are for a mild custom, but we will see what happens!! Trying to upload more pictures but its not working right now
How are you going to do it? I mean, are you going to move it up the hill farther into the roof panel itself, or sink it into the trunk, what's your plan there? I'm always interested to see how different guys tackle this issue.
I had the chop where I tought I wanted it. Walk around the car looking at different angles for two days and kept seeing angles that I didnt like, so I cut the top free again after most welding was done and took a 1/2 inch out. Some people dont believe that a half inch will make a difference
Im gonna run it up, from the side profile the top of the rear glass will be straight across with the far back corner of the quarter glass. If that makes sence. il post pics soon
lookin good I molded piece under rear window to the top of trunk lid like the lead sled mercs waiting to see more pictures luv those chevys
Can you post a few more pics of the frame work!! I am digging the lay out so far!!! Great chop to!! Gonna be a sweet custom!!! Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
It was in nice condition. Floor is real nice. Body filler in a few spots but i dont think theres any cave and pave.
I have some more pics here soon of the metal work. After i get the chop done im gonna hit the chassis hard to get it a roller.
I got the back window where I wanted it today and started final welding. Lots of welding and grinding left but heres some progress
