I have some fairly intricately bent stainless lines that have been plugged with blue Permatex.
I can't push it through due to the bends, and don't have the stainless tubing to re-bend them.

    What will dissolve the Permatex?

    Thanks!

Heat . use a heat gun or hot hair dryer so you don't turn the tubing blue .. 300 degrees is the magic number

Try soaking them in mineral spirits - I had to get some silicone mold off of a resin casting a while back and it did the trick. Took a couple days to soften it up though.

Then run an old hunk of speedo cable in the dril thru it like a roto router.

..and smack one end to make a "spade", just a tad smaller than the tubing ID

If the tubing ID is too small for a speedo cable, and the bends are not too severe, try some piano wire. McMaster Carr sells it. and smack the end of that too.
