One month ago today Maggie & I took this picture at the Artic Circle on the Dalton Highway in northern Alaska. It was cold and raining and the road was a mess as you can see by the condition of the car but we had done it, we had driven our custom from Wisconsin to the Artic Circle. The contrast is today. This picture was taken about an hour ago and it is bright and sunny out, the temprature is in the mid 90's the car is relatively clean even though it has put on almost 12,000 miles since June 19th. What a difference a month makes. What a difference a month makes. I didn't know whether I was gonna be able to make this trip from Wisconsin after getting back from our Alaska Adventure or not but a couple of nights work and a tire and wheel change did the trick and the old girl has made her 10 trip to Bonneville.
