    That's a steal for that car...if it's relatively rust-free...and in Texas I suspect so...Oh BTW, that's a 150 model...NOT a 210...unless someone changed the side trim...

Friend of mine here in ColoRODo just paid $2800 for a ruff 150 shell...no engine, no ******, no bumper brackets, no interior, missing some gl*** and had very little trim with it...he's had to replace the floor so far...and one quarter...and purchased the 150 trim for $700.00...yeah, 5500 is a good price for it...

I paid $3500 for the one in my avatar has a running SBC and what appears to be a saginaw 4- speed ******.MUCHO rust damage in floor-toe board to tail lite floor, inner/outer rockers and wheelhouses to be done, and no telling what else til it is fully media blasted. It was in weeds when I looked at it. :(

Oh, and one of the genius PO's cut a 10x10 hole in the firewall so the HEI dizzy would fit(yes it is the stock V8 engine mounting). That being said, it takes great pix at 20 feet, and I love this car... Labor of love I guess.

$5500, if it runs and drives and not full of rust due to sitting out in the mud & weeds for a long time. but, even with that beyond a paint job what else will it need? you could get very deep in $$ before you know it and have a tough time making money off it. "quick flip" not likely.

I think it's worth the 5500 bucks for sure. Love that 150 stainless trim.

Its probably not going to pan out. I can't get a good vibe about its TRUE condition. My buddy that lives up there nearby is busy today - it's about a 60 mile drive for him as well.

And btw - I know it's "worth" $5500...what I'm trying to determine is whether or not it might be worth MORE than $5500. I ain't gonna buy it if it takes me 4 months to sell it at $5500...I need to be able to make a couple grand on it. If I don't think I can, then it'll go to someone else.

Bleh - this'll never happen. Time I drive all the way up there to get it and bring it back to Texas - I'll never get all my money back. It's probably rusted out and full of bondo anyway.

Move along smartly - nothing to see here.

150's bring decent money. It appears that one has a back seat. Too bad. 150's make those ole Belairs look junky.

FINALLY got to talk to this guy - damn it's a small world - I've talked to him before about a different car he had on craigslist about a year ago - a '64 GTO.

Anyway, the '57 has NO ***le and NO VIN plate on it. It doesn't exist.
