August 17th-18th Leichester, NY Empire ! test n tune Friday 16th Just putting the bug in the ear for the 3rd annual G***er Racing Series Nostalgia Gold Cup Drag Races. One of the biggest gatherings of nostalgia g***ers in the U.S.A. Lined up in front of the grand stands stretching back the whole length of the 1/4 mile and wrapping back around into the pits ! This is an 1/8 mile drag race with having fun as the key ingredient, that has been showing the last two years and expect no less this year. Already have our plans to be there with the Lil' Brute Opel. We are planning on making the 4 hour trip for all or most of the GRS events at Empire this year. Great people, great track, great food and great racing.

They have let hot rods and customs park inside the fence near the pits if you guys want to cruise in together. Little car show if you will.
Great event for sure! I only made it Sunday last year and there were a lot of cars even then, but plan to go Sat and Sun this year and help out a couple of my buddy's who run N/G cl***. Good times! Tony
It is a great time with people coming in from all over, one hell of a party. Like I said and those that were there know it is packed with hundreds of cars and non stop racing action. Get your HAMB ****s here and watch the Nostalgia Drags !
You won't be disappointed, only a few members here on the HAMB race or attend this event. But, it is highly talked about event in the nostalgia drag racing circles and for good reason. It is hard to imagine the amount of cars that show up to race for this show and most are pretty darn legit nostalgia !
Looking forward to this year's event! I'll be there Sunday. Hope some new g***ers can make the trip this year for the Gold Cup to make it the biggest year yet!
