Seeing threads like this makes me really miss my 32' sedan. This one is one of my favorites:

    Great shot SEADOG!!!----You did good!!

Seeing that greyhound reminds me of the NSRA Nats in Detroit 1972.
The local TV station was interviewing different car owners about their cars & where they had driven from in the USA.
I happen to be close by, watching & listening to a '34 owner with a greyhound radiator cap like above.
Unknown to the TV interviewer, the '34 owner had cleverly soldered a tiny tube between the greyhounds rear legs, hooked up to a remote windshield washer jar.
He told the TV guy to look close at the pecker on the greyhound, when he did, '34 guy hit the remote & sprayed the interviewer promptly!
Of course everyone around got a big laff,---But the TV guy was "pissed"--
    Pardon the pun!!!!!!!------Don

Deuce Daddy Don, that was you in that picture? Remember it vividly from back in the "old days". Way cool.

  20. Thanks HD1084, took it at Mississippi's Cruisin the Coast last year... turned around in traffic just to check it out, decided to camp out till the owner got done inside... went inside to take a leak and as you can guess it, was gone when I returned. Doh!! Always this year, hope I see it again, very cool set up. Here's another couple of shots of the mill and from the front, just a little too much distraction in the background...Apologies for just realizing it's a '31 and not a deuce, but I miss judge the trucks 50% of the time anyway. I'll look closer next time... still a cool shot to me with "Waffle House" in the background.
