    Hi all,

I got an exhaust manifold on my 223 thats pretty toast, cracked everywhere, was thinking OE replacement or patriot headers. Anyone had good experience with the patriot headers? Also what happens with the centre piece between inlet and exhaust manifold? can i just cap it of? The heat riser flap hasn't worked for a while anyway. I'm new to these engines. Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks man,
Will check it out, but hoping for something a little more economical.
Any other ideas? If i run headers can i keep the stock inlet manifold?

    Thanks
