Looking at a very rough 46 convertible.Is the convertible based off of a club coupe or business coupe? Are the doors ( the length), side trim and trunk lid the same as a club coupe or business coupe?
I suggest you go over to the Plymouth/Dodge forum and check with the experts - www.p15-d24.com. My guess is the ragtops were based on the club coupe. The business coupes didn't have a back seat, so the roof is shorter. I think the doors are the same on business coupes and club coupes but the club coupe (and ragtop) trunks are shorter. Stainless trim should be the same. I have a '46 business coupe.
