go to the Michigan Secretary of State Office nearest you and pick up an application for a as built ***le frame the Missouri ***le like others have said unless you have an affidavit from the ***le owner or a copy of their death certificate its useless
Go read the thread " T confi****ed because of engine number" Then go get all your paperwork in order before you turn the first nut. Michigan DMV writes the rules you must play by...like them or not. Never mention the ***le you bought in public again. Good Luck
