Can't respond to Classifieds "access not allowed"?

Hello!

Just tried to respond to a cl***ified ad, and got the message that I cannot have access to that function. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Yes, I signed in, no problems there. I cleared my cache memory, shut down IE and opened a new window.

I did not, at least to the best of my knowledge, piss anyone off or break any of the rules.

At the top of every cl***ifieds section. Read this:

 

no one reply to cl***ified ads...except the original poster
