I traded this 48 Ford F1 Panel Delivery truck to a guy near Bowling Green and he traded it at either The Shades of the Past or Grand Rod Run (in 2012) to a guy that he thinks was from Chattanooga. I had asked him to keep me up to date if he got rid of it but you know how that goes. I would like to find this truck if anyone has seen it and can get me an owner's name, phone or email. Maybe he's even on here! Thanks, I appreciate any help anyone can give me.
I heard it was supposed to be in Chattanooga but wasn't sure. Please keep your eyes peeled for it and if you can get me some info that would be great. I miss my old truck and would love to keep in touch with new owners and answer any questions they may have and maybe one day get it back.
Get yourself a nice cuddly blanket, and never let go of it. I bet you'll forget that old panel in no time. (The kid in Peanuts didn't seem to have any worries. Even if Charlie Brown did.)
Why would I want to forget about it? I know most every person that's bought one of my old vehicles and am on good terms with all of them. This just happens to be one that slipped through the cracks and why would I not want to buy it back when I built it? I don't need a blanket either, I have my tools. LOL
I could almost swear I saw it in Pigeon Forge,,but with the way my mind works you could have been driving it 10 years ago! HRP
You would have seen it in Newport about 3 years ago at the Downtown Newport show when I still owned it. The last time I took it to Pigeon Forge was the last F100 Nationals at the Grand Hotel. The guy I traded it to had it there 2 years ago when he traded it for a 70 something Firebird
Still looking for my old panel truck, if anyone sees it in Pigeon Forge please get me some contact info. I will try and make it to the Shades this year as that's the place the guy I traded it to, traded it to the next owner. He thought the guy was from Chattanooga if anyone is from there and has seen it. I thought it might show at the F100 Supernationals this year but I didn't make it down and forgot to ask friends to look for it when they were there. Any help anyone can give me is very much appreciated.
