Cadillac part....what is it?

Please help me identify this part. My build is a 2 door 1954 Cadillac with a 1972 El Dorado 500. Thank you.

 

Windshield washer tank and pump.

 

That would be the gl*** jar for the windshield washer fluid. Attached on the tin lid is the pickup for the fluid.

 

is this a desirable part? seems like it would be rare.
