Thanks for sharing. Used to go to that show every year when I lived in South Jersey. Glad to see its still going strong.
Just got back from the day. Pretty good swap area, lots of old friends and some really good food. Plenty of HAMB friendly and non cars to go round. Great show again!
Here's a couple of pics...took the first one because the truck had the same stance as mine (did you notice that one Koz?) & the last two because the customs need a little more airplay. Saw Eddie Munster staring at his smart phone & didn't bother to take a picture of him along side the replica Munstermobile or what ever it's called. Pretty cheesy actually...Munster Cheese. On a serious note, I ran into HAMBer Stan of Stan's Stainless, who informed me that his partner Jeff (another HAMBer) very recently p***ed away (suddenly). I'm sorry, but I forgot both of your HAMB names. Jeff always participated in the local HAMB get-togethers & was noted for his most excellent brownies & chilli, which he'd serve to you whenever you'd stop by parts table. Jeff was an expert & fan of 50's Caddilacs & Sunbeam Tigers. I'm sure that anyone that participated in our local HAMB activities will remember him & his outgoing personality. R.I.P., friend.
Great show!. Lots of hamb friendly cars there. Picked up a piece of trim for my 54 from stans stainless-nice guy-good hamb friendly prices.
Nice pix! Thanks for posting. Per chance, you didn't snap any more of that white '59 El Camino. did you?
Very Sad to here about Jeff,Would talk with him and Stan at Carlisle and have some of his goodies,He will be missed, RIP, Lucky
Thanks for the pics and all who came and supported the show. For those who don't know all the proceeds from this show go to local charities and our scholarship fund.We also collect cangoods at the gates for the food foodbank. There had to be a ton of food collected. Thanks to all
It's nice to see pics from the show! I'm usually too busy to get to see many of the cars. We could not have had much better weather for once!! Bill
Yep. Here ya go. The 36, the 35 and the Packard were all custom bodied by Queen's Automotive in Macungie, Pa. I don't have any more pics of the 59 chev. ElCamino. Here's a question for Crosley experts. Was the grill on this Hot Shot or Super Sport a factory option? Aftermarket? I believe the originals had no grill, so how did they get enough air to cool the 4 banger under the hood?
Great show as usual in Macungie, PA. WOTSRA always does a nice job. I couldn't believe Eddie Munster was charging $20 bucks for an autograph, my 8 year old granddaughter hurt his feelings when she said "who's Eddie Munster"!
