Does anyone know which seal (part number) is used when running a 69-72 Chevelle rotor on Ford Mii spindle? I have searched and scoured the seal books and just can't figure it out. ...any help would be appreciated. Keith

Well, it seems like this is a "special" seal. I guess I'll order them from Speedway and see if there are any numbers on it.

Napa or Car Quest can help. Just have the spindle size (Seal I.D.) and rotor's seal size (Seal O.D.) to the counter person. They'll then be able to cross reference those dimensions and get you what you need.

  4. A local. Bearing supply might could help you.

I do not remember the number. I do remember that it is a tight fit to the hub. The fit is tighter than most bearing houses would suggest, but it fits.

Yep that's it... I was hoping I could find a SKF or Timken number and try to get it locally as opposed to ordering it. Speedway shows the dimensions, but I couldn't find a seal with those dimensions in any chart.
