5th Annual Day at the Park @ Camino Real Park in Ventura! The weather is good, time for another get together at the Park! Same deal as previous years; no fees, no drama, no BS. Want to say thanks to all who came out to hang with us today, especially those who fought Sunday traffic and offered sacrifices on the 101 to make it happen! You know who you are. The event was a great success with a better than expected turnout, better than expected weather, and it looked like everyone had a good time! Saw a lot of familiar faces as well as a few new ones. Missed a few of you that we were hoping to see, but understand that sometimes responsibility takes precedence over recreation. (Congrats again on the new additions to both Danny and Randy!) The turnout was far better than expected, with I'd guess in excess of 100 cars coming through over the course of the day. The taco guys estimated that we served over 200 people before the food ran out! Also, congratulations go out to Reina for taking home the club pick trophy with her super clean 60 Comet wagon! No pics yet, but hope to have some posted up in the next few days.
