Hot Rods Just scored a 40 ford truck

I was home from a long couple weeks of driving. So I went for a drive to couple of old time car junk yards. And scored a 40 ford truck for $600

 

Sounds like a good buy.. Any pics???

Is it a pickup?

I think it is weird that '40 Ford picklups are so similar to '40 p***enger cars, when they were distinctively different from cars before and after 1940.

 

These are the same guys that buy ******* magazine for the articles...

It's deep in the junk yard waiting for the old timer to dig it out. I will be selling the motor and trans together as a package. I have sold the truck body already. U will post pics when it gets home.

The body would be at best rat rod. I need the running gear for my t modified.
