I made the trip out from the Chicago area last year,it was so worth it! unbelievable collection.Also if you are coming from the east on I-80,stop at the worlds largest truck stop north of Davenport at the I_80 truck museum,very cool and admission is whatever you wish to contribute

 

"Speedy Bill" has some amazing stuff!

 

Sure, its a replica but the Bucciali just has killer lines in a sort of Cruella de Ville of 101 Dalmatians kinda way....

 

We stopped on our way home on the Lincoln Hwy tour, and it was the highlight of our trip (for me, anyway). We also saved the $20 (for two) price of admission by buying $60 worth of T-shirts and tin signs! Well played, Speedy Bill, well played...

 

This museum has to be on every car guys and girls bucket list........
