I got these Isky timing gears in a deal and I was told they are for stovebolt Chevys. I can't find anything on the Isky website that matches these or their part number. The part number is B/674. They are steel gears. I just wan to know what they are for so I can decide on what to do with them.

Part numbers different but they look like the two gear setup for a SBC with reverse rotation cam.

Chev had a set for marine use.
Several aftermarket companies made some for racing also.
This was a bit before Pete Jackson came out with his setup so you could use a standard rotation cam.

Stovebolts and GMC's have a snout on the end of the cam just like a crankshaft does and the cam gear is pressed on just like the crank gear.

Thanks. I knew they they didn't look right for a stovebolt. I just don't have a set out of an engine to compare them to.
