Mayday: Broken down In NY on way to Rumblers

Hey gang.. There is a HAMB Member broken down on his way to Jersey. Has a blow out in the front tire, small ford pattern/radial.. Can anyone ***ist.. He is @ mile marker 82 on the Freeway in Kingston NY. Paul from the Rumblers can be reached @ 518-810-7419.. Any help will be greatly appreciated to these fellow HAMBers on the side of the road
