The graphics really make it! He did a great job! Hope you have many trouble free passes in the future!
Hey brother......the 55 looks great with the lettering....just when I thought it couldn't look any better...lol.....see you in Hamilton.
as an auxillary member of the of the gasser police , i am very disappointed in your car---it is so great looking we will not be able to hijack your thread for a bitch session---WOW what a car...
Now that is how a '55 should look!! If you look up "Bad-Ass" in the dictionary, there should be a picture of your car. Nicely done, Sir!!!
That's looking great! I've told your buddy Dal, he has to come by, so I can show him the new pics of your car.
Thanks for all the "POSITIVE" comments. Should be a great year. We are going to the ONDR and GRS events, and the big ones Thompson, Gold Cup, and Bowling Green this year. Stop by to have a beer and say Hello. I am usually first to the "Cooler" so... I win!!! Thanks Flap
First time out this year, new air tray, tranny re-done, went 10.90 first run. Finished the 57 for my son AJ to run, clutch went before Tech, piss me off!! Should be a good summer, Thompson, Beaver Springs, Bowling Green, Gold Cup, ONDR
My first time seeing this thread. Your car looks great! I would have to have a tag on that sucker and play with it on the streets a little, but Im guessing you have. Im planning to attend the HHRR at Bowling Green, so maybe Ill get to see it in action.
Cant wait to check this car out in bowling green. Very impressive! I just bought a 55 myself to make it into a money shredding machine too. Good luck this year and dont break it before bowling green!!!
Went to Thompson, had a blast!! Partied with John and Aaron Reid, JAR Racing, and we didn't run out of beer!! Met a lot of great people, will be back for sure. The car stayed together and I was very consistent again, out first round!! Jim Madigan taking photos again!
"The car stayed together and I was very consistent again, out first round!! Sometimes 7.05 ain't good enough and sometimes 12.05 is too good! But the car looks great!
Where do I start, it has been a blast!! Car has stayed together, only small breakages. Went to Thompson, Beaver Springs, Bowling Green, Empire for the GRS races and ONDR races. I went to one final in Grand Bend and lost, so close..... Semi final in Beaver Springs. Car has been running in the 7.0's in the 1/8th and 10.9's in the 1/4 and actually becoming sort of consistent with a 4 speed. Going to New Hampshire for the Hot Rod Reunion. There are a couple of races left with GRS and ONDR. Looking forward to peeling the car apart at the end of the season and getting going on the Mechanical Fuel Injection on Alcohol. I will be doing this with the help of Brian Kresman, he knows a thing or two about the alcohol!!!l It has been a great season, have meet a lot of really great people. The people involved in the Nostalgia racing events are the best people you can hang out with, they all make you feel welcome where ever you go Flap
