We have decided to put on a large fundraiser this next March. It will consist of a pasta feed, live auction, silent auction, live music, and a mild car display. In Fresno, Ca March is usually cold and rain is always around the corner so we don't want to emphasize the car show much. Here is the kicker, tickets go on sale next Friday and we don't have a name for the event yet. With everything I don't want to call it something lame and bland. Any ideas? The event name doesn't have to be predictable, just catchy! I'll send out a free HRC T-Shirt to the person who comes up with the name for the event. This is my last desperate attempt at branding this fundraiser, my brain is fried:)

We are giving a portion of the proceeds to Nancy Hinds Ho****e here in Fresno. A lot of local enthusiasts have spent their last days there.

I really like Hot Rodders Hootenanny! I don't want to put too much focus on the hot rods because there won't be many of them there. It's all about the hot rod community getting together and just having a good time after a long winter. So far my vote is for Hot Rodder or Hot Rodders Hootenanny! Any other idea's? Thanks for the help fella's.

Glad you liked my suggestion. You might wanna use the "Hinds" or "Ho****e" or both in the name. I checked after posting, and I see there's at least one other Hot Rod Hootenananny. I don't know if that would cause a problem. Maybe not.

Also checked for an appropriate song. Sure enough...lol.

I just want to be sensitive to the fact that we are giving a portion of the proceeds to Ho****e. Thats the only reason why I am hesitant to put their name or "ho****e" in the ***le. The charity name will be all over out posters and event swag.

This might be splitting hairs, so I'll apologize up front.
I've never heard a fundraising referred to as a "pasta feed", and frankly doesn't sound very appetizing. Would it be more appealing, and therefore raise more money, if it were called a "pasta dinner"?
