Just joined here and wanted to introduce myself. I am 28 and in the military. Grew up working on and owning muscle cars. My current vehicles are 2002 ford lightning that I am in the middle of building. Should be around 600/700 hp/tq combo to the wheels and be a 10 second dd for me. I also own a 65 mercury comet that I bought my first year of college. That has been on hold and now I am able to finally start on it. Going with a 408 windsor stroker, t5, 9 inch, mini tub. Was going to straight axle it but want to drive it as much as possible when done. I also have a ford Flathead that I picked up in high school. Been trying to find the perfect car/truck for it. Really leaning towards a two door sedan from 28-34. Would love a vicky but know those are hard to come by.
Welcome to the group. Thanks for your service and good luck with your projects. Keep in mind this place is 1965 and older. But it's always fun to work on any cars.
Thanks. Yea I read that and figured I would just fill in on current projects. Really learning quite a bit so far from all the reading and what all I wanna do when I find the 30's car/truck that is gonna work for me. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
