tires 600x16

    Q. Is there a chart to convert 600x16 to like a 225x...x16, just don't want to spent 150-200 one tire, and switch them to 15 s in a couple of months.

    If you're just using them for mock up, you might be better off finding some cheap used wheels and 15" radials in the diameter thats the same as the tires you plan on eventually running. I'm using 165r15s and 235/75/15s for mock up. They're pretty close to 5.60-15s and 8.20-15s and not that far off from some of the popular 16" tire sizes. I use Coker's site to compare tire measurements. Tirerack.com also gives specs for newer sizes.

    I always just used a straight metric conversion:
    6:00 (6 inches wide - yeah, I know, not exact but close enough) X 25.6 mm/inch = 152.4 Use 155 R 16.
