My wing window will not stay in the open position on my 51 chevy car. Is there an adjustment bolt or something that will allow this to stay open. I get going about 20 mph it will always blow closed on me. .

There's a spring under there that's adjustable. The stud can break or the nut fall off. I seem to remember adjusting them just by pulling the garnish rail, but ???

agree with 302 but I think you pull the door p**** and there is a hole right under the window to access the nut to ajust it.

The nut has a lock on it. You'll have to pry the two sides up. Soak the nut before you try to move the nut. You can easily twist the stud and break it loose from the vent frame.
