I am currently starting on my 29 pickup project that will be fenderless and tearing down the chassis/frame, also have 29 tudor that I have not decided if I am leaving the fenders on to have one with and one without and wondering if any of you guys have pictures of your Model A chassis builds with banger motors with 16"-21" tires and wheels, not boxed or Z'd.....but those early hot rod era builds in the roller stage all cleaned up and with choice of wheels and tires before setting the body on, or after you did?
Just looking to back up a few ideas or get a few new that I have for the stance and so on, any pictures you can add will be great......Thanks!

I have done a few searches and seen some nice ones out there, but looking for chassis pictures without a body sitting on them.....not so many.

"not boxed or Z'd....." Hmmmm,...... Doesn't that make them all the same except for paint?

    Probably......
Was looking to see with or without split bones and A or T springs with leaves removed or reversed eye spring for height.
I am sure if I keep looking at build threads I will answer my own question.

Here ya go! Stock frame, reverse eye springs with a few leaves removed, 35 wires, 7.50 rear 6.00 front, hopped up banger.

  7. Mine was temporarily fenderless in this pic. 2-1/2" dropped A axle, reversed spring eyes front and back, 15" '50 Merc style wheels (rear reversed), '40 Ford brakes, F100 steering, hopped up banger motor, F150 Tranny.

My own opinion, if fenderless, it should be on deuce rails or channeled the depth of an A frame.
