Cruised from The Backyard down to the Tipperary Bar and then to the Mai Kai.

A little wet on the way but it cleared up and cooled off a little. These were at the Mai Kai.

If I missed any of you guys I apologize. I tried to get all of the cars but cars would leave and more would fill back in through out the day. Or... Movingman was in front of the camera.

4:00pm. and the place is packed already. Off topic cars and daily drivers are lined down both sides of the whole street. The party is just getting started. Stay Tuned... More of the evening festivities are on the way...:D

Thanks for coming all the way from England to our party!:D

So... I have some more photos to share as the evening progressed and the beer and liquor flowed. "The Kid"s Ford wagon.

Big thanks to all of the Bands that came out for our support. You guys rocked it and kept the vibe going. Morgan La Rue and the Shimmy Shake Revue helped out with our live auction (when they weren't trying to get everyone drunk with Jello shots). Thanks to all the great artists that contributed their work for the event. A big thanks to Stacey the MC also for keeping the crowd entertained between sets.

Only a guy as big as Rob (Movinman) can get away with carrying a purse...Dallas scored a great pinstriped panel by none other than Anthony White ( 00MACK!)...Joe (Loppy) scored big with one of my skulls....I think this guy was holding this Buick to keep it from moving, or was about to sell it if you know what I mean.

With the crowd good and pumped up, it was time for the burlesque show! Somebody PM Bad Bob so he doesn't miss these...

FYI... There was a wardrobe malfunction when the checkered flag top dropped but the flash wasn't charged back up in time and she had quick reflexes.:( Hence her hand covering one of them.

It was time to give the girls a little break and change for their next set. Slip and the Spinouts filled the time and got people jumping...

My Dad drove down from Pennsylvania to South Florida just to hang with us for the weekend. I would like to quote him on what he said as we were driving home Sunday evening about the days festivities...
"Well gosh Ken, that was thee best rod run I've ever been too!"
Quite a compliment to the 3 main guys that made it all happen.

Needless to say, he will be back down next year!

Thanks for posting the pix Kerry.

I only got to talk to your dad for a few minutes inside the "motorama" but he was SO nice and told me about a car he had when he was young that was a "not so good" replica of the Bob McCoy '40. I love little stories like that :)
