I'm turning to you gurus of gas pumps once again. I have my Wayne 605 disassembled except for the frame and the gear unit that indicates the cost per gallon and the amount you've pumped. What I'd like to do is change the price per gallon. I've tried to follow the gearing, and I've found parts that look like they might do just that, but they are frozen a little and I don't want to break anything or waste my time going the wrong direction.

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the price per gallon? Seems like if they had to do it at least weekly back in the day (ok, maybe monthly :))) ), it wouldn't be difficult.

    Thanks in advance.

  2. There should be a spring loaded piece that you lift at the base of the numbers that allows you to turn the number wheels. Pictures would help.

Ok, thx. I mess with it a little more. If I don't get it, I'll post a pic.
