    digging the 1956 oldsmobile...yep digging:rolleyes: this is what 40 + years buried by a creek does to a body...and it even had power brakes and air conditioning

    HaHa. That looks in about the same condition as the 98 convert I am building.

    and guess what...i looked at the tail light,,,its a 98....hahaha i looked because i was going to dig the lowwer back up light to see if it was saveable..but mines a 88...saved me some digging :)

    The B/up ***embly is the same for 98 and 88. It's the stainless trim that lays along side of the 1/4 then wraps the opening for the B/up that's makes it 98 trim. Beside's, if the lights were to be there, I seriously doubt they're worth saving.

    wows right...to bad everthing wasnt stainless steel..i have found so far a few good stainless pieces to keep..nice and shiney still...im going to dig the whole car out when the temp goes down..i live where its still 95 in the day..

    yes barn finds are.. unless a sink hole is at the same place too then things are fun
