I've finally got around to getting parts for my coupe. However rego laws here in NSW (Australia) now say I have to run a collapsible column - boo, not too traditional. I wanted to run the cowl steering setup it came with. So cross steering it will be, HQ Holden box and Flaming River column. It has a flathead engine and T5 box and banjo diff. Not sure whether to keep the flatty or maybe a baby hemi 241 Dodge with the triple Holley carbs. Let me know what you think. Will add photos when I work out how.

You can always check into a borgeson collapsible steering joint. I know in my build I don't have a ton of room but The joint shouldn't be all that long either.

Is this something you guys have to go threw every year or just when you first put it on the road?
    Because if its just once
Build it their way to get on the road and take it home and change it … I wouldn’t think a cop that ever looks at it out on the road is going to know or really care
