Hi, I want to make some custom headers for my t bucket and was wondering if anyone had DXF(waterjet, laser cutter) files for the SBC exhaust flange.

Or any kind of file that makes cool stuff for hotrods! I've got the front perch and motor mounts so far things like buggy spring diff mounts, ladder bar or radius rod mounts you know stuff like that

I'm happy to pay for them!

    Thanks

Have you tried searching Google Sketchup? Last I checked people would make things and share them with the community. It being for a SBC, you might actually find something.

You can also use Sketchup or another (free) CAD tool to do your own and export the files to a DXF.

Try BBC Steel, 2001 S Township Road, Canby Oregon 97013, info@bbcsteel.com. They laser cut and water jet cut, and are hot rodders too. I suspect they have files for many manifold flanges. They might not share but are very willing to do small jobs.

I'll draw you one up as a DXF or DWG. What size tubes do you want?

Awesome! Thanks heaps, I'll prob have 1 3/4" tubes on them, which is the more common file? I think DXF is the one my local shop uses.

    Much appreciated!

Here's the DXF file for the SBC with 1-3/4" primary tubes.

I do for low deck Desoto hemi, and a few others, not perfect, but close. I kinda overthought it, and over polished it....
