Yeah, I took that one for a buddy who was talking about building a chopped Buell. I want to discourage him.

Nice pics., Thanks for putting out there. I like the cars, but man, the bikes were really hittin. I especially like the little Trup, with the white pinstriped pipes. That one has my head thinking too many ideas.....

Yeah, that's Cab's coupe... fucker was never around when I went by the car, so I never got to meet him.

    That's life.

I kinda made a couple quick rounds of the show with my wife to shoot pics, and then made the rounds of the vendors. I got stuck babysitting the model car contest for a while while the guy putting it on and his wife went out to take in the sights (I'm such a pushover). The good news is, I won a couple of ribbons in the model contest (Okay, so one of them was for a class in which I had the only entry, but...).

BTW: Got my Mad Fabricators#3 DVD, and already watched 'em... Evel, too BITCHEN!

Truthfully? I didn't see the HAMB sticker until after I took the shot - I just thought the motorcycle windscreen was too cool.

    Cab,

My wife was in love with the color of your car. She said she'd like me to shoot her ride in an amber-like hue like that, but that we'd have to ditch her burgundy-red interior. I'm with you - when I wasn't stuck helping out with the model car contest, i was wandering around checking out everything I could.

Stood it that crap too! Waited FOREVER and finally the dipshits hand you an empty bun and tell you to go over and tell the geniuses at the grill to throw a frozen patty on the grill for you- along with the other 25 people waiting for the freshly thrown on patties. There was no line- just a bunch of angry people fighting over who was there first. Got my money back and my starving son was bummed. You'd think for 16.00 bucks for 2 burgers and 2 cokes they could bet some decent help.

  21. I'm sure sorry to have missed this show. It looks like a good 'un.

Regarding food: We ate like GODS at the HAMBers picnic/BBQ last month. Next time start a thread on here and make it a HAMB feedbag deal. It's a chance to meet other HAMBers, it will be FAR superior to the vendors shit, it's much cheaper and healthier and I believe it's using the HAMB for one of it's best uses. Getting us together to help each other out. I can attest that many HAMBers are fantastic food fabricators.

And we can sneak beers in too. ;-)

chili, who WILL be there next time with the Hydrazine Flash.

I stopped by your model car booth a few times to check out the models, some great ones you had there:) Makes me want to bring one next year!
The color of my car is a gold base coat without the clear coat, making it a satin/suede look:)
    take care.

Looks like it was a fun day. Thanks for the pics. I had to work but lucky enough I work in Thousnad Oaks which is on the way to the show from Hollywood and the valley so all day long I was reminded of the show by all the cars going by. Damnit. :-(

    gowjobs,
Great pictures!!! Thanks. I love the bikes. Its nice to see real bikes, instead of the stuff you see built by Orange County Choppers. Real bikes built by real people. Same thing about the cars.

    Thanks again.
