farmer- that's exactly what im looking for a lot of em are chopped but that hump is there and I like how yours flows into the trunk. rod- that's the car ive been looking at for refrence try to see how he cut.thats a 47 I believe.
46-48 are the same. If you look at the 41 it has a reverse curve under the window, as soon as you cut you will see where you need to do the curve to make it blend into the trunk, the sides are the trouble parts lots going on there! Our 47 is halfway through the chop and i need to get back on it, spent a lot of time getting the back just right so it flows. Got 4 projects going on at the same time got to stop that crap!
LOL rod hotz that's exactly where I'm at to many projects going on at one time besides this im in the middle of my 51 coupe also but my 48 is my daily driver so want to have an idea of how to approach those corners. the flow to the trunk I planned to do like you said. I figure after I set the front the back will tell me what needs to happen for the flow I want the corners is where I'm really hung up on. would you mind sending me a few pics of your 47?
Some pics of the chop guys thanks for help there's plenty more in my profile and rodhots as soon as I moved the roof I learned what a reverse curve is. Chopped it 3" and set the back were it looked right to me roughly 4" Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!

thanks for the positive comments guys I'm debating whether or not to mold in the drip rails I like the look of the rails but I think molding em' in to the roof will be a nice touch what do you guys think?
Keep them. I think they accent the lines of the car and chop Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
