Rustoleum Never Wet

    Anyone ever try that stuff on bare sheet metal???...
    Or even on cast iron????....

    Tried it on an old pair of camel colored suede shoes and it darkened (ruined) them and left a milky haze. She was not a happy camper - believe me:eek:! I think it's uses may be limited but I have yet to experiment further with automotive applications....

    I'm wondering what UV light does to it? How long does it last?

    Tried it on my work boots, wore off in one day. Have not tried it on anything else yet.

    20 bucks for 2 spray cans. Its a two part finish

    But the video going around shows them treating a cell phone?! They dip the phone in water after coating it.

    They do correct them selfs
    It does say Quote:

    If you want some great stuff to spray on your work boots get can of Kiwi Camp Dry. I used to use that stuff on my boots when I drove tow truck and my feet always stayed dry. I have a pair of Vans that I sprayed with the stuff in 2004 and they still repel liquid like water off a ducks back.
