Hey everyone, I finally got my 50 running and stopping under its own power. I just installed a dual chamber power master Cylinder and ever since then I can't get the clutch pedal adjustment right after dis***embling and re***embling. If I push the clutch all the way I can't shift into gear, trans grinds, but if I let up on the pedal I find a spot, about 3/4 depressed where I can shift all gears. I'm sure it's a matter of proper adjustment, but just want to make sure I follow procedure.

Bump, Anyone know proper adjustment procedure or preload specs for T/O bearing?

There is no preload on that old TOB style. There should be freeplay between the bearing and the pressure plate.

Back off the adjuster on the linkage to get about 1" freeplay at the pedal pad, when using just your finger to push lightly. Then see if it is ok

Ditto, adjustment; It seems like the release levers are touching the disc, and causing the trans input shaft to turn.
