History 1950 Packard: 1st time in sunlight in 15 years

Seen at Donut Derelicts Car Show in Huntington Beach, CA. on Saturday was a 1950 Packard Ultramatic Drive. The owner said it was the cars first time in sunlight in 15 years. The car had a Missouri license plate. The car looked very much all-original.

 

There is a elderly gent here in town that owns one very similar and his front tag says Casper,,I got my granddaughter to ask him was that for Casper the friendly ghost?

His reply to her was ,"No Sweetie,that's my name" HRP

 

They're great cars. I have a 2 door version of that. It looks all original except for hood ornament.
