Folks Of Interest Met Mercury Charlie and Richard Wood today ....

7 a.m. and I roll up to unload Marc's 46' Chevy Panel at Mercury Charlie's in Austin

(Mercury Charlie's is in the Custom Car Crafter shop complex)

Richard Wood appears from nowhere to help ....

Mercury Charlie leases space from Richard - about 5 years now I guess
since the break up of Austin Speed Shop

After unloading, Richard gives me a tour of his shop

Genuinely nice guy - constantly on the move

Charlie shows up & we roll Marc's 46' Panel back to his shop
then visit for awhile

Another genuinely nice guy

All in all - a good day in Austin

A city I don't get to visit as often as I would like ....
