I apologize if it is already out there, but I did a search and found nothing. I would like to see a thread on Model A roadster tops done right. Chopped, styled, etc. It is one of the hardest things to get right on an A roadster. Show us some pics!
I have seen some beautiful Model A roadsters and when the top goes up they become the ugly girl at the dance. I am just curious if there are some tops out there that are done right!
I did not build this car, but the guy I bought it from said he used a gl*** top (from Wescotts I believe) for a '32, and modified it to fit a Model A. If interested in the details, let me know and I will try to call him and see if he is willing to discuss this with you.
Tom Lieb of **** industries... It was on the cover and featured inside in Street Rodder about 4 years ago.
Well here's my 2 cents. Eddie baumann's 29 is absolutely perfect! I'm just sayin... So I don't have one yet but a 28-29 roadster is next on my list! Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Worked on this one a few years back... http://www.hubgarage.com/original.h....amazonaws.com/photos/698160/sinister_a_2.jpg
