What gears should I use ??

Can anyone tell me what the formula for deciding on what gear ratio to run.
I'm running a 283 small block S-10 5spd with a ford 9" rear tires are 700-16 would like to be around 2000 rpm @70 mph.

You will also need to determine which overdrive gear ratio you have. There were multiple ratios used over the years depending on the specific engine combination used in the S10.
