Technical will 30 31 stantions fit on a 28 29?

Will the 30 31 stations fit on a 28 29 roadster and how is it done and what do you need?

 

30/31 are similar to the 32 stanchions. (uppers and lowers) 28/29 are one piece It would take quite some fabrication to the cowl. May I ask why you want to?

 

Maybe if ya don't care what it looks like and ya hold yer lips just the right way !!!!!!!!!!

John Lee Williamson sells reproduction folding orchard posts for 28-29.I run them on my roadster.

 

I like the looks of the 30 31's over the one piece 28 29's.
