I have been running dyna beads in my tires on my Buick for a few years now and I am happy with the ride. That being said I was interested in finding something that is a little easier on the pocket or at least something in bulk. That's when I read about Counteract beads. They are a lot cheaper and I was curious if anybody has any experience with them? I'm sure they would work just the same, but I thought I would ask first.

When I had new Michelins on my service truck, they put balancing powder in the tires.

Didn't do a damn thing for me

I used Counteract beads in a Jeep and a motorcycle and it seems they did the job.

Someone mentioned the air soft pellets awhile back when this came up. No experience, but they're cheap enough.

The problem with those is getting them through the valve stem of a tube.

I'm going to order some of the Counteract ones and give it a shot. From what I read the people that make Dyna Beads actually used to work with them anyways. Can't be that different.

Get the air soft pellets. I use the heavier ones. 250 per tire = about 3 oz. Break the bead to install them.

this is what I do as well. I have a car that's very sensitive to wheel balance and they work well. Break one side of the bed dump them in and motor on.

Finally got around to ordering the Counteract Beads. They are the same size as Dynabeads but are made of gl*** instead of ceramic. Oh and A LOT cheaper! They are around $1 an ounce whereas Dyna was about $3.
