Event Coverage Looking For Something To Do

I'm headed to Alexandria ,VA. next week and will be in the area over the weekend of the 25,26 and 27th. just wondering if there is anything car related going on within a 100 miles or so.

 

I'm in Richmond and I'm not aware of anything except the usual Saturday night cruises . I can check and get back if I hear of anything ............ scrubba

 

John, normally I'd suggest the Smithsonian....................but as you know it's shut down.

 

I'm only about 150 miles away but you can help me block sand a Chevy if you want to.

Does anyone know if they are still racing on any short tracks nearby. Nearby......I tend to forget how built up the area is compared to Maine. I guess I'd have to go quite a distance from Alexandria to find any stock car racing.

Thanks, but it looks like they closed up shop for the season. I'm surprised at that since they are still racing here in Maine. But then again the cold doesn't bother us as much ....probably because we're too numb to know better.

Try the track in Manassas. Used to be a really great show there. But it's been about 30 years since I've been there.
