Hey all, I'm Jeff a retired auto mechanic. I had an somewhat original idea 10 years ago, and I'm still a few years financially from making it happen.... so I'm here to learn as much as I can before I start. I have a 67 Kaiser Jeepster Commando I want to build T-Bucket style. Like I said it may have been somewhat original... 10 years ago ! So yea anyways I have a basic grasp of welding and fabrication. I worked a year of my career bending and welding custom exhaust, spent another year working as a body shop apprentice, pretty good at electrical but have never done what I'm fixing to do so will need lots of help and will ask lots of questions if ya'll don't mind !
Well JB you will soon find out your Kaiser Jeep thing is too new for this 1965 and earlier group. Better swap it for something old and get to work. Glad you joined us other old car farts in NW Floriduu.
Hey Denny, yes I incorrectly ***umed that Traditional "styled" would be where I could talk about my ride. Oh well, I've learned a bunch already reading the site.... I'm in Crestview by the way.
Good luck. No matter what you own you can enjoy this forum and learn a lot. I believe there are HAMB members near you. Lots of interesting threads to read.
