Gilbert and Barker I believe; later shortened to "Gilbarco". They were perhaps the leader in gas station supplies. Google search should get a bunch of hits

Try Googling petroliana. It's a completely separate hobby. You will find lots of experts on this stuff.
We had a Gilbarco lift in our shop but ended up having to phase it out. It didnt have all the safety features like the newer ones, but man I tell you it was one of the most heavy duty ones we had.
