Im 73, just crawled out from below a 240z with ls1 and 6 spd, building the exhaust. Put fuel pump in my 32 Tudor yesterday. Hurt a little at night but will hit it as long as I can. If you dont do it you wont be able to do it.

Im 25. I got my 64 when I was 14, and been hooked ever since. My two little bros, 12 and 18 are right there with me. And I catch my 1 year old daughter staring at my oldie from the kitchen window, so I would say she counts! Not to mention my woman, 21, she keeps getting on to me cus my truck isnt on the road yet. Hmm, now that I think about it, I can go down a long list, but I wont.

73 -- old enough that I don't fold very well, so I'd prefer somebody else to get under my car than to do it myself.

I belong to the Spokesmen car club in San Antonio, TX. There are about 15 members with 7 or so in our 60's and 1 about 70. There are around 21 cars, 1 truck, all of which are roadworthy.

I'm 71, still working and don't have enough time or money to finish all my projects, but I'm trying. I try to mentor younger guys but most are more into jacked up trucks and bikes than old cars. Even my own kids don't have a clue about tradition.

  14. I'm 74 and have been at this since age 16. Unfortunately most of my peers are gone. My Son in law (age 45) is into his 66 Lincoln convertible but lacks more than basic skills. The sad thing is the total lack of knowledge in not only the auto parts stores but also the internet sites. We are on our own. You younger guys and gals are going to get great deals in about 10 years or so.
