Hey guys....I just bought this ...I was wanting some details on this car....iv had an old 36 Chevy truck....so I know a lil bit about them ....but not a lot ...its a good project...but what I'm wanting to know is....how hard are the doors gonna be able to find... How rare is this...maybe how much its worth...and just where I might be able to find parts for it...besides here.....thanks guys....I'll get pics in a sec... It's not letting me upload pics....give me a bit
it is a 35 master . boy i am glad mine was in a lot better shape even when i started it . 36 has rear opening doors. there is currently a door for your car on here for sale.
$200 a ton? Seriously, that thing is done for. It will just cost too much even if you can get better doors. And, the rest is not great. The market is dead on project cars needing medium or major work, so I'd wait for something in much better condition. Tons of cars are getting on the market that were never going to be available, but the oldest baby boomers are dumping their life treasures...or have p***ed away and heirs are dumping. It looks like the Master model, not sure if 35 or 36.
Nice find buddy,you have a p***enger door,thats a start,it's got a frame so a 9'',jag f/end,350 combo and on your way,you''ll be cruz''n at xmas,good luck.Gaz!
Thanks guys....Dorf...where is that door ..who has it...if I can find doors for it I'll try to build it....deffiently not s**** material
it is listed in the cl***ifieds by 55onefifty out of nebraska . the car is rough but 35 masters are rare and three windows are like hitting the lottery . good luck
here is a field find 35 Standard coupe I am working on for an owner...On the right side of pic. (The gray one is an "all steel from factory", 37 ply coupe.) The chevys door wood was half missing and he just wanted the doors back on the hinges, and just to be able to close and latch. I put in some random rectangular tubing, and attached it to long 3/16" plates that he had put into the fronts of the doors to bolt the door hinges to. To redo the entire wood structure with metal, the right way, would be $$$, and then the rest of the body is wood also. Not a good economical start if you want a really nice finished car in the end. you work on that one a few months, then let us know how you feel about it then
Does not look bad to me. Any old coupes are getting hard to find. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!

I have a pair of front fenders that need work but are alot better than what you have there. Pm me if your interested.
Really? couple hundred bucks in 1x1, and a few months and you'll be good. It's a rare car, and cool that it's not a ford. Guess if it was a 32 ford everyone would **** on how great it would be and how cool... no matter how much money/time it takes.
Hmmm, looks like its been burnt, the trees and other cars look that way too. That metal may be more of a challenge than you think.
Yeah some of the cars were in a fire....this one and a few others weren't ....its gonna be a long build...thanks guys trying to sell me stuff...now I just gotta pick what I need ....this **** is Awasome...thanks for yals help Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
A friend of mine saved one that only took two guys to carry out of the woods....yours is almost restored in comparison , should be a fun build!
