Ok Joel, your scaring me now!!!! I see you in a whole new light now, and you've sucked Ray in with you, lol !! It must be this kind of stuff that makes Mike put a Lampshade on his head!!!!!!!![/QUOTE]

Acutally, the four of them cornered me in the basement one cold, lonely night. They said I would have to wear a paperbag on my head  but they couldn't find one, so they made me wear the lampshade instead.

Sent the PM. I found out yesterday that this got all formalized and shit. I heard a rumor that the whole event is being sponsored by Pepsico and Depends?

I'm looking forward to witnessing and/or experiencing all the contusions and lacerations.

For those that are attending the chop and wanna BUY a HAMB calendar, I'll have them there for sale. Save yourself the shipping costs. Be the first on your block to own one. Bring your crisp, clean $20 (or check) and meet me in the parking lot:D

Ok I'm comin'. At least for part of Sunday. Not that I can contribute much but I just gotta see this. I'm not at all afraid of blocking and doin' some grunt work, but sounds like there will be much more qualified people there to handle the trickier stuff anyway.

Will there be a long distance award? HA!

I prefer to read their perverted doings......turns me on. See ya Sat.

  21. Very good point, you are absolutely right. All too often an otherwise relevant post turns into a Clown Olympics. I've been guilty of it.

With that said, I want to mention that the guys that are coming to the chop are coming to work and learn. This isn't going to be a big weekend-long party at Rudy's shop. If that's what you're looking for, we'll be knocking back a few Saturday night and that's when you should show up.

SO are we supposed to check the sense of humor at the door, or ???

I thought we could work, learn, AND have a good time, all at once!:(

For sure a GREAT time will be had by all. I think StinkyFingers point is the drinking won't get outta hand, not that this effects you Mr MtDew:D BUT beers and power tools don't mix so if someone is looking to attend just to drink and get carried away they shouldn't show up till after 6pm.;)

  24. Let ME clarify this. I'm looking forward to having a great time and lots of fun doing this.

But there will be absolutly no drinking and working. Power tools fire and sawblades are dangerous enough without the drinking.

I made it clear to Mark that I don't party while I'm working at the shop and I don't want people partying while we work.

Now AFTER is a different story. We have been know to consume mass quanities on most Friday nights, after the tools are put away.

So I hope everyone understands where I'm coming from and what the rules are.

I'm looking forward to a great weekend and seeing Marks car with a bad ass attiude.

    Rudy.

Well, I will be bringing hammers, my shot bag some air tools, dollies and I'm sure a bunch of other stuff I haven't thought of yet...

What fitting do the air tools need to be? M? V? ??Rudy??

  29. I haven't gotten the instructions on how to get there yet...

  30. Hot Rod To Hell, sorry. In that sentence when I said "that's when you should show up" I didn't mean you personally. I meant the universal "you" , or "one" like the Brits say: "One should always brush one's teeth before one goes to bed." Sorry to come off like a prick, but I don't want anyone to think we're going to be prancing around in feather boas singing Yankee Doodle Dandy.
