Dennis Frings had his 44 Chevy truck project out today and this thing is a work of art. I wish I could have gotten more detail shots but there was always a crowd around. Talked to Dennis for a bit, nice guy, extremely knowledgable and he did it all himself. This guy is the real deal when it comes to fabrication. Here are a few more of some other cars that caught my eye.

Yo Seadog, If You Go To Cannon Village In Kannapolis On The Frist Weekend Of The Month. There Is A Big Cruise. I Have See The Car The Last 3 Months. He Is There Most Of The Time. It Should Be Going On This Week End Coming Up.
Dennis is a machinist, fabricator, innovator and above all, a real gentleman . Quite awhile back he sent me some pics in the mail. Wish I had a scanner to show ya'. In addition to the pics shown, he built a Hilborn fuel injected Ford flathead powered track roadster. All the correct stuff for racing. It's theme is a replica of the super-modified that was driven by Parnelli Jones in 1959-1960 with Vel's Ford sponsorship. Another pic has this car loaded on top of a restored 1956 Ford COE flatbed hauler truck . Talk about nice stuff . Dennis has it nailed perfectly.
