Whenever my pals turn me on to out of business sales, estate sales, garage sales and the like, it's always after they've bought the cool cars, after the tools are gone and the pickins are slim. Today was no different, the Corvette and Alfa Romeo were sold, the Moto Guzzi, Benelli and Bultaco were gone, the drill press, compressor and tool boxes were spoken for.. So I made an offer of $20 to clean off the chemical shelf plus a few other bits. And I did well, at least 20 quarts of oil alone, plus gear lube, spray paint, etc.. Nothing really old or collectible, a few interesting cans and stuff here.
Wonder if the previous owner was a gold or silver miner, or what he used the carbide lamp for? Neat stuff, regardless. ---John
Thank you. So does the whistle work on vacuum or pressure? What would those two small lights be used for?
I have a couple of Power Punch cans myself. I remember we used to sell it at the truck dealership. Some had a token inside for $1 payable by the PP vendor. Sold a bunch of the stuff.
Yep, can't see that I will need them. I also got this new gas mask. I wonder, could I use it for spraying enamel or lacquer?
