Hello everyone!!! To introduce myself, this is my first project, lucky i bought a running one!!! I bought a 57 chevy truck that is all original except for the tranny and wheels. Its an original v8 truck with electric wipers and radio. Its kinda wierd how i ended up buying the truck. Anyway, im getting tired of the 4 speed muncie and i wanna put an automatic. I have the old corvette 6 lug wheels on it now but i wanna put something different now. Its a 6 lug rearend and i want to swap to a 5 lug wheel. I like that pro street look, so i found a 65 nova rearend. Is it better to swap the whole frame because then u get power steering and pwr brakes. Or is it easier to just add the parts from catalogs?
